Safe City Strike Force to visit bed bug infested apartment complex

The City of Albuquerque is taking action on a bed bug infested apartment complex KOB Eyewitness News 4 showed you last night at 10 p.m.

City officials saw the report and said the Safe City Strike Force will go out to the Plaza Dorado Apartments in the next 10 days.

Crews will look for insect infestations, moldy walls and any electrical or mechanical problems, including exposed wires.

If investigators find unsafe units, they could red tag them.
